Start The Card Collector 7.0 Program.

Select File.

Select Convert Old Data.

If you installed your prior The Card Collector, Version 1.x, 2.x, 3.x or 4.x in its default installation location, it will appear in the Convert Data window. If so, proceed to ( 7 ). If not, proceed to ( 5 ).

Select Locate other data sets.

Using the drop down box, browse to where your collection files are located.
Example C:\CC\Data\CCSET.CSD
CCSET.CSD is the file you are looking for to convert. The CCSET.CSD file is located the Data folder that is inside the CC folder on the C: Drive. Double left-click the CCSET.CSD. Your version should then pop up on the Source Data Set window. Proceed to ( 7 ).

Highlight V1, V2, V3 or V4 that appears in the Convert Data window by a single left-click.

Select Convert Data Set at bottom of the Convert Data window.
Note: The Convert Data dialog box says it will convert to 6.x Version but it will convert to the correct 7.0 version.

Program will start importing old sets.
